Eligibility

• Your item must be unused or unopened and in the same condition as received.

• The item must also be in its original packaging.

Timeframe

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Change of Mind

• If you change your mind, we will accept the unopened, unused product and provide a store credit, minus the original shipping costs.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost in cases of a change of mind.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Order

• If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged order, we will provide a full refund or store credit.

• We will also cover the return shipping costs when the delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged products.

• For exchanges, the customer will bear the return shipping cost and the shipment cost for the replacement product.
