General Shipping Information
Most packages are shipped from our Tucson, Arizona location and, if the item is in stock, will ship within 5 business days of you placing your order. However, the actual delivery time may depend on how the product is shipped, if the product is back-ordered, if your order is placed during a holiday period, or due to weather conditions. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AN EXACT DATE OF DELIVERY.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order. Once you receive your order you are more than welcome to return it, but our general return policy will apply.
General Return Policy
If you change your mind about a purchase, it does not meet your expectations, or it arrives damaged, you can return it to us for a full refund provided that we receive the returned merchandise within 15 days of receipt of your delivery, or before December 25th (whichever comes first). You, as the buyer are responsible for return shipping charges. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 7 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail. Otherwise, we cannot issue you a refund for your merchandise regardless of your reason for return.
OrnamentVillage.com sells both new and pre-owned merchandise. We make every effort to note whether the item is new or pre-owned in the product description. Pre-owned merchandise may exhibit signs of gentle use. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully read the product description prior to ordering and to immediately inspect your package upon receipt.
